Liquidating the material possessions of a loved one can be difficult. If the executor or administrator does not have experience in conducting an estate sale it can often end up costing the estate money instead of making money. NJEPRC estate sale professionals have years of knowledge regarding the value of items, and can assist the executors in the organizing and marketing of an estate sale. We have developed a list of buyers that will follow our estate sales. When the sale is over NJEPRC will transport all unsold items a local charity to be re-purposed and obtain the tax deduction document for the estate.
